The client, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (operated via its bulk-terminal unit Vizag Sea Port Pvt Ltd), is a multi-commodity bulk terminal at the inner harbour of the East Coast of India, handling iron ore, manganese ore, coking coal, steam coal, gypsum and other bulk cargo.
